Ansel Welcomes Kim Heald to Drive Continued Growth

We are excited to announce today that Kim Heald has joined our team as Vice President Sales to lead distribution at Ansel. 

Kim joins Ansel on the heels of nationwide expansion and the implementation of several new partnerships with some of the industry’s most recognizable names to bring its supplemental health solution to Americans everywhere in 2022. With deep industry experience and a passion for helping employers offer their teams benefits that protect them and their families, Kim will be instrumental in driving Ansel’s continued growth in 2023.

Prior to Ansel, Kim held the role of National Practice Leader, Voluntary Benefits at NFP, a leading benefits consultancy, where she was responsible for building a center of excellence to service employers and their employees. During her tenure, she also worked as a Sales Director helping  mid to large employers, and their brokers develop long term strategic enrollment solutions for employee engagement and education. Kim has spent the last 15 years focused on the sale of voluntary and supplemental health benefits and helping enrolled employees better understand how to use their benefits in their time of need. She is hyper focused on the value these benefits bring to the end user and will remain vigilant as she grows with the Ansel team.

With Kim joining Ansel, Mike Zarrillo, Chief Revenue Officer, will be transitioning to an advisor role. Mike, a founding member of the Ansel team, has driven the development of the organization, the growth of the business and the visibility of the brand over the past three years. The entire team at Ansel is grateful to Mike for his dedication and unwavering commitment to building a world where health hardships don’t create financial burdens.
